The C3N Project is an inventor organization. When something seems amiss in the world, inventors design a signature solution and in so doing, change our most basic assumptions of human capabilities and technological potential. In reinventing the present, they alter the course of the future. From collecting patient data via mobile devices to creating social networks for chronic care groups, the C3N Project is pioneering some of the most important first steps toward the future of open-source healthcare today.

Passive Tracking of Patient Outcomes

This mobile app allows a patient to effortlessly upload data, just by walking around. This means, the user's cell phone becomes a sensor for tracking their outcomes.

"N of 1" Trials

The Trials are experiments designed by both patients and clincians to determine how individual, IBD patients respond to specific treatments or interventions.

YouMe IBD

Do you ever feel alone? Like no one is like you? YouMe IBD (originally called “YouApp”) is a Facebook app that connects you with other Crohn’s or ulcerative colitis patients who share similar interests.

Mentoring Program

A way to block the road of "suffering in silence" for IBD patients by pairing mentors and mentees who are going through similar stages of their disease.
